Your Role at Nobia
As a forklift operator at Nobia, you have a central role in our daily operations. You work closely with production and are responsible for ensuring an efficient and smooth material flow.
Your tasks include:
Order picking
Material handling and service to other departments
Material restocking in production
Material repackaging
Forklift operation in various workflows
You work independently in your role and are expected to take your own initiative to drive the work forward. At the same time, you have many internal contact points, which requires good collaboration and professional conduct.
Your Background
We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, and thrives in a role where you can combine structure with your own initiative-taking.
We see that you have:
Forklift certification A1âA4 and B1âB2 (B6 is a merit)
Good computer skills
Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
Driver's license and access to a car
As a person, you are:
Self-directed and confident in making your own decisions
Proactive and solution-oriented
Social and collaboration-focused
Experience from similar work in warehouse or production is a merit.
