About the Position
As a forklift operator, you are responsible for ensuring that material flows run smoothly, from receiving to production. You will work with loading, unloading, material handling, and warehouse work in high volumes. The work takes place at a fast pace where safety is always the top priority. You will become part of a team where people work closely together, support each other, and continuously strive to improve work methods and processes.

This is a full-time position involving a 6-month fixed-term employment where you work either permanent day shift or permanent evening shift, and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
A Typical Day as a Forklift Operator
As a forklift operator, you start your day with your colleagues where you review today's deliveries and priorities. During your shift, you operate the forklift and ensure that the right material is in the right place at the right time. This could involve unloading incoming goods, restocking production lines, or organizing the warehouse for more efficient flow. The pace can sometimes be high – but you stay calm, work safely, and know that your team is always nearby. You communicate, help each other, and solve challenges together. When the day ends, you have been a critical part in ensuring that production has continued without interruption.
About You
You are responsible, thorough, and comfortable in a role where you can combine independent work with warehouse duties. You may have experience as a forklift operator – or you are ready to grow further in the role. Most important to us is your attitude, your willingness to contribute, and your ability to collaborate.

Requirements for the Position
- Approved upper secondary school grades in mathematics 1, Swedish 1, and English 5
- Forklift certification A1-A4, B1-B4, and D1 (Issued no later than 2023 or willing to update forklift certification at your own expense).
- Category B driver's license
- Good collaboration skills
- Thorough in your work
- Good ability in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Meritorious
- Experience with forklift operation or similar industrial work
- Education in an automotive program or similar
- Previous experience working at a fast pace
