About the Client Company Do you enjoy hands-on work where you get to work with machines and technology? Are you curious, solution-oriented, and like learning new things? Then this could be the job for you. We are now seeking a team member for our client just outside Borås. Here you'll become part of the production team where you'll work with machines, contribute to a smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work closely with production and be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function properly. You'll have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest will come in handy. Your job responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines. • Adjusting machines and addressing minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Loading materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Work Hours: 2-shift, full-time 100%. Work Location: Just outside Borås. Start Date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, thorough, and enjoy working both independently and with others. We consider the following important for this role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish, spoken and written • Driver's license Merits: • Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood, at home, in the garage, or on the job • You understand drawings and can handle measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things happen, takes responsibility for what you do, and makes sure the job is done properly.
