Then this could be the job for you. We're now seeking a team member for our client just outside Borås. You'll become part of the production team where you'll work with machines, contribute to smooth production flow, and develop your skills alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work closely with production and be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function properly. You'll have a varied workday where both precision and technical interest come in handy. Your job responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines. • Adjusting machines and troubleshooting minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Working hours: 2-shift, full-time 100%. Location: Just outside Borås. Start date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, thorough, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here's what we consider important for this role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish fluency in speech and writing • Valid driver's license Meriting factors: • Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood—at home, in the garage, or on the job • You understand technical drawings and can use measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things are happening, takes responsibility for their work, and makes sure the job gets done properly.
