About the Role
As a transport supervisor, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor our passenger transportation services. You hold a central role in daily operations and work in close contact with drivers, customers, and colleagues.
The work involves traffic management, problem-solving, and administration. You need to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize what matters most, and make independent decisions when the situation requires it.
The taxi industry is dynamic – no two days are exactly alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
Plan and coordinate passenger transportation for our contract customers.
Allocate and optimize vehicles based on resource needs and geographic location.
Monitor drivers, vehicles, and ongoing traffic.
Handle urgent changes due to illness, delays, or vehicle issues.
Work cost-effectively and solution-oriented in daily planning.
Perform ongoing administration, updates, and documentation.
Maintain regular contact with drivers, customers, and colleagues.

Has an interest in or experience with cars and vehicles – a plus but not required.
Holds a Category B driver's license – required.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with variable hours based on operational needs. Our operations run most of the day and night, which means work may occur on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
We're looking for someone who is flexible with scheduling and comfortable with a role where both tasks and conditions can vary.
