Key Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the implementation of municipal road, street and traffic infrastructure projects.
Prepare project implementation documents, including council decision drafts, project applications, budgets and work schedules.
Ensure project funding acquisition and administration, cooperating with financiers, state institutions and other involved parties.
Organize and coordinate procurement documentation preparation, and participate in procurement procedures according to competence.
Control project execution, construction quality, compliance with deadlines and budgets, and coordinate necessary changes to contracts and projects.
Review and approve project implementation-related documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory acts and funding conditions.
Perform project risk identification, analysis and monitoring, prepare reports and inform management of project progress.
Participate in meetings, working groups and commissions, contribute to the improvement of development planning documents within the scope of the position's competence.
Requirements for Candidates:
Second-level professional higher education in construction, preferably in transport construction (road construction), with a civil engineer or transport construction civil engineer professional qualification.
Understanding and experience in EU funds project management.
Ability to prepare project reports, statements and other project implementation-related documentation.
Understanding of regulations governing project management and the construction industry.
State language proficiency at the highest level.
Ability to prepare documents and work with digital tools.
Good communication skills, ability to continuously plan work and meet deadlines.
Analytical thinking, accuracy, responsibility, ability to organize work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Category B driver's license.
