Professional Qualification Requirements for Candidates:
Secondary or vocational secondary education;
Valid license to operate tractor equipment;
Skills in operating and maintaining tractor equipment;
Knowledge of the state language;
Ability to work in a team, organizing task completion in cooperation with other institution employees.
Main Duties and Required Skills:
Operate and service tractors, mechanisms, and equipment according to the specific machinery;
Prepare tractor equipment for a particular work season;
During the summer period: perform mowing work, sweep streets, transport cargo while ensuring safe movement, and perform other tasks according to machinery specifications;
During the winter period: mechanically clear road surfaces, sidewalks, and areas of snow, transport cargo, and perform other tasks according to machinery specifications;
Maintain tractor equipment and machinery in good technical condition, participate in repairs and maintenance of assigned equipment, and perform minor repairs that can be completed independently.
