Axelssons Turisttrafik AB is now seeking an engaged, confident, and customer service-oriented traffic attendant who wants to work at the city terminal and Arlanda. This position is a demand-based employment based out of Arlandastad. This role is perfect for you if you want significant responsibility, enjoy providing service to our customers, and want to be an important part of our organization. About the Position As a traffic attendant, you are an essential part of daily operations between Arlanda and the City Terminal. You work on-site at Arlanda terminals 2, 4, and 5 as well as at the City Terminal, where you meet and assist our passengers and support our bus drivers. You help passengers with information and guidance, monitor departures, and contribute to smooth traffic operations. In case of any delays or other irregularities, you report this to your nearest manager. You will, among other things: · Help and provide service to passengers. · Guide passengers to the correct airport bus and provide departure information. · Assist our drivers as needed. · Monitor departures and note any irregularities. · Report irregularities to your nearest manager. · Contribute to a safe and positive travel experience. · Be present at the terminals and help ensure smooth daily operations. · Observe and report any irregularities of the day to your nearest manager. We are looking for someone who: · Has completed upper secondary education and holds a upper secondary school diploma. · Is responsible and solution-oriented. · Enjoys working independently and meeting many people. · Is a confident person. · Has a strong customer service orientation and enjoys meeting people of all ages. · Has good collaboration skills and is punctual and thorough. · Speaks Swedish fluently to communicate with passengers and traffic management. · Speaks English to communicate with passengers. It is a merit if you have previous experience in customer service. Who Are You?
