About the Client Company DFDS Logistics Services AB, a transportation company in the automotive industry located in Arendal. The company operates 24/7, six days a week, and employs around 250 full-time staff. The vehicle fleet includes approximately 300 vehicles, of which 80 are trucks and 220 are trailers. About the Position As a traffic planner at DFDS Logistics Services AB, you will work in an operational role responsible for daily planning and management of transports within the company's operations in Arendal. This is a one-year contract position starting on an agreed date. The position is full-time with working hours primarily scheduled in the evenings. You will be part of an experienced team in an operation that runs 24/7, six days a week, with an extensive fleet of both trucks and trailers. About You We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role where the pace can change quickly. You are confident in your communication and communicate equally well with drivers and colleagues. We place great emphasis on your personal attitude and your ability to solve problems that arise along the way. You should have a good basic understanding of logistics and be comfortable using a computer as a work tool. Requirements for the Position Basic understanding of logistics Good ability to prioritize General IT and computer skills (internal system training provided) Good knowledge of Swedish and English Consultant Employee: You will be employed by DFDS Professionals but work at our customers' offices. Being a consultant employee means you are hired by DFDS Professionals to perform work at customer companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area.
