Would you like to work in a central and varied role within transport and logistics where you can combine planning, problem-solving, and daily contact with customers, drivers, and transport companies? JKS Sverige is now recruiting a Traffic Manager for our client in Värnamo, Småland. About the role As a Traffic Manager, you are responsible for directing and planning transports and ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and with high quality. The role involves a fast pace and many contact points where structure, service, and problem-solving are essential to succeed. You work closely with both internal and external parties and become an important part of ensuring high delivery precision and good customer experience. Your responsibilities include: Plan and direct incoming and outgoing freight carriers Ensure optimal load planning and capacity Monitor deliveries and handle deviations Contact with drivers, transport companies, and customers Issue freight documents and handle notifications Goods tracing and settlement Handle financial follow-up and credit checks Initiate repair and inspection of trailers Handle customs administration when needed Follow up and ensure that routines and processes are complied with We are looking for you who Have experience in transport, logistics, or traffic management Are well-organized and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Have good problem-solving skills and can make quick decisions Are communicative and service-oriented Enjoy many contact points and collaboration Have good administrative skills and computer proficiency Speak Swedish and English fluently, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience in transport management or freight forwarding Knowledge of customs handling and transport documentation Experience in financial follow-up and invoice management We offer A varied and responsible role in an international company Opportunity to develop within transport and logistics An engaged team and a dynamic work environment A workplace where collaboration and quality are in focus We offer you The opportunity to work at JKS Sverige in an exciting assignment with our client.
