About the role As a traffic instructor with us, you will: · Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different conditions and needs. · Support and motivate students on their journey toward their driver's license. · Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations. · Possibly assist with traffic instructor training. · Possibly conduct theory lessons and risk education courses. · Some office work may occur. We are looking for you who: · Have a valid traffic instructor license and are approved by Transportstyrelsen (Swedish Transport Agency). · Have a pedagogical and flexible approach. · Are responsible and have a genuine interest in helping others develop. · Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting different types of people. · If you are approved as an AM instructor or interested in becoming one, that is a merit. · If you are or want to become a training manager, that is a merit. · Master Swedish in speech and writing (additional languages are a merit).
