About Trafiko and the role At Trafiko, we are transforming the driving school industry for both students taking their driver's license and instructors providing the training. In a short time, we have grown to become one of the largest players in driver's license education and operate driving schools in 32 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory throughout Sweden. In total, over 30,000 students are trained annually with Trafiko. For 2.5 years, we have successfully offered driving lessons to our students in Uppsala. We now want to expand our offerings to meet our students' demand and are looking for you to join us as a traffic instructor. About you We are seeking someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping your students reach their goals by tailoring instruction to their needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient demeanor. You take significant personal responsibility and have the ability to independently complete your tasks with foresight and organization. Requirements Certified traffic instructor Good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work Meritorious Experience using digital tools Additional language skills beyond Swedish What we offer At Trafiko, you get a unique opportunity to help shape a new driving school industry.
