We work to develop our traffic and services so that our customers, currently numbering 475,000 per day, can travel in an easy and sustainable way. Operative Coordination is responsible for coordinating, producing, informing, and following up on acute disruption information through Skånetrafiken's internal and external channels. Together, we guide our passengers through traffic disruptions around the clock. 3 position(s). DUTIES We now have the opportunity to welcome three new colleagues! The position consists of a temporary contract for approximately ten months and two part-time positions. Our task is to monitor all traffic for Skånetrafiken in real-time, which includes adjacent counties and Denmark. We are responsible for producing and publishing traffic information for both acute and planned disruptions via Skånetrafiken's digital channels such as app, website, and stop displays. We handle external contact with traffic companies, Trafikverket, and emergency services regarding disruption information. The assignment also includes reporting disruption information for follow-up to the relevant business areas so they can monitor our delivery to passengers. We are the primary contact for Skånetrafiken's operations duty team in incidents that affect business-critical areas or other government-initiated events. We communicate all disruption and incident information to those who interact with customers via chat, social media, and other customer channels. Our unit also handles Skånetrafiken's press during on-call hours. Working hours span the entire 24-hour cycle, all days of the year. QUALIFICATIONS You have a valid upper secondary education and preferably post-secondary education that the employer deems relevant for the position. In addition, you have strong knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You have good experience working with large amounts of information in time-intensive operations to interpret and adapt information for a targeted audience. You also have experience in performing operative work, preferably in public sector operations. We consider it an asset if you have experience with substitute transportation, both acute and planned. Additionally, experience with traffic management, incident handling, public transportation, or similar is an advantage. Good understanding of Danish is also beneficial. As a person, you have good multitasking ability and can read and interpret large amounts of information from multiple systems and applications simultaneously and convert this to publish clear and informative disruption information to passengers. You can work at varying pace, from calm situations to high-tempo situations where multiple parties expect immediate response. Furthermore, you have good ability to collaborate effectively in a team as well as independently with ease in making decisions that affect many. You are flexible and understand that through development we change work methods to meet the needs of our various stakeholders. We place great importance on personal suitability.
