You'll be responsible for maintaining outdoor environments with a focus on quality and professional service. Examples of tasks: ✓ Ongoing landscape maintenance and upkeep of outdoor areas ✓ Sweeping and gravel removal ✓ Grass cutting ✓ Snow plowing and de-icing ✓ Other tasks that support our operations across all relevant work areas Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone with a genuine interest in landscape work who wants to work in a varied role with significant personal responsibility. You're reliable, flexible, and enjoy working outdoors in changing environments. We'd prefer that you have: ✓ Experience and knowledge in outdoor maintenance and pruning ✓ Professional certification or relevant horticultural training (advantageous) ✓ Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles (required) ✓ Wheel loader certification (required) ✓ Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team ✓ A responsible and service-oriented work approach Application and Terms This is a permanent full-time position initiated with a six-month probationary period, with a start date to be agreed upon. The position is based in Ludvika with travel to our customers in the local area as part of your work.
