Female caregiver seeks dedicated hourly substitutes in Tibro

Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that works in collaboration with our clients to provide personalized assistance. We work closely with clients and know that good relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our main office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. Are you a playful and spirited person? Then maybe I'm looking for you as one of my female assistants. We need to expand our team with one or two hourly substitutes. I'm a 17-year-old girl living on the outskirts of Tibro with my family. I need help with toileting, supervision while I sleep, taking my medications, helping me get to different activities, and being my support in daily life, where my disability sets limits. I have a muscle weakness that means I need to do stretching exercises regularly. I don't have spoken language but communicate using pictures, body language, gestures, my communication book PODD, and my digital communication device. I also use a pointer lamp to help. I also have epilepsy, so I need help if and when I have seizures. I eat via a tube/button in my stomach and it's good if you have experience with this, otherwise I'll teach you. If you have experience or training, that's a plus. We're looking for a woman who is easy to work with and has the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. You should of course enjoy working with children. We prefer that you have at least nursing assistant training or equivalent, and also previous experience working with children. We would like you to have experience with autism, feeding buttons, and tube feeding. The team around our client is important, so we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and that it "clicks" between you and our client. A driver's license and access to a car are a requirement, as public transport doesn't align with our working hours. Staffing needs are mainly weekdays/weekends from 09:00-21:00 during our client's school/summer breaks, and before summer break, weekdays 14:05-21:30. But also awake nights 21:00-09:00. There is a possibility of a fixed schedule for the right person.
