Job Description We are seeking an experienced and committed Service Manager for our Telephony services. As Service Manager, you will, together with a colleague, be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our Telephony services to provide a good user experience for both internal and external parties. You will also participate in further development and enhancement within the field. You will work closely with management, team members, other internal colleagues, and external suppliers to ensure that services and products meet our requirements and needs. In your role, you will lead other team members in their daily work. An important part of the position is keeping yourself updated within the field through, for example, environmental scanning. Qualifications We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and drives processes forward and works well with complex issues. You can plan, organize, and prioritize as part of your work. Furthermore, you are calm, stable, and work well with others by being responsive and communicative. You continuously maintain your specialist knowledge. We are looking for someone who has: • Completed upper secondary education or equivalent education combined with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service considers relevant • Several years of experience within the Telephony technology area • Experience in managing and leading others • Experience working with IT suppliers • Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English It is also advantageous to have: • Telephony training • ITIL certification • Experience in managing and collaborating with external service providers within the telephony field • Experience working according to ITIL, PM3, or similar frameworks • Experience with project work, for example using the PPS model • Experience with budget work • Experience working at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service • Experience in environmental scanning and ability to provide suggestions for moving forward within the field • Knowledge of IT security • Knowledge of networks, communication technology, and servers NOTE!
