Job Description We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager for our Telephony services. As Service Manager, you will, together with a colleague, be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our Telephony services to provide a good user experience for both internal and external parties. You will also participate in further development and innovation within the field. You will work closely with management, team members, other internal colleagues, and external providers to ensure that services and products meet our requirements and needs. Your role includes leading other team members in their daily work. An important part of the role is staying up to date within the field through, for example, environmental monitoring and industry awareness. Qualifications We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and drives processes forward and works well with complex issues. You can plan, organize, and prioritize as part of your work. Furthermore, you are calm, stable, and work well with other people by being attentive and communicative. You continuously maintain your specialist knowledge. We are looking for someone who has: • Complete upper secondary education or other education combined with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service deems relevant • Several years of experience within the Telephony technology field • Experience in managing and leading others • Experience working with IT providers • Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English It is also advantageous to have: • Education within Telephony • ITIL certification • Experience managing and collaborating with external service providers within the telephony field • Experience working according to ITIL, PM3, or similar • Experience with project work, for example using the PPS model • Experience with budget work • Experience working within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service • Experience with environmental monitoring and ability to provide suggestions for moving forward within the field • Knowledge of IT security • Knowledge of networks, communication technology, and servers Other Information The Swedish Prison and Probation Service has decided to remove the cover letter and replaced it with selection questions relevant to the position.
