Are you looking for responsible yet independent work where you can spend time outdoors? We have a position caring for a usually cheerful young woman who uses a wheelchair and needs assistance with everything. She communicates through facial expressions, sounds, and body language rather than words, so it's important that you're attentive and speak fluent Swedish so she understands you. She enjoys going on walks and listening to music. You'll work on a 24-hour rotating schedule including overnight shifts. Experience with tube feeding, epilepsy, and caregiving is a plus, but personality is what matters most. She prefers to work with women only. It's important that you as an applicant are flexible with working hours, have good collaboration skills with your colleagues, and have a genuine interest in helping other people.
