Job Responsibilities: - Ensure film printing on the most modern flexographic printing machines – includes preparation, machine parameter setup, and machine operation during production - Monitor print quality - Work effectively with colleagues across the company - Develop professionally and grow - This position is suitable only for men due to its physical demands What We Expect from You: - Secondary technical education with at least a vocational certificate – technical focus, printing and polygraphics field is an advantage - Experience in the printing field, preferably flexographic printing, is a significant advantage - Basic knowledge of PC work for entering production data and print parameters - Familiarity with technical drawings and technology sheets is an advantage - Manual dexterity, technical thinking - Attention to detail, responsibility, and detail-oriented approach - Willingness to learn new things - Reliability, independence, and willingness to cooperate Employee Benefits: Opportunity to develop professional skills during onboarding; work in a multi-shift work regime (3 shifts / continuous operation) with significantly above-standard shift premiums; 25 days of vacation; significantly subsidized company dining directly in the production area; 10.000 Kč annual cafeteria allowance, including Contact is possible by phone or email.
