Lindsberg Municipality is seeking nurses! We have a need for two temporary nurses to work evenings and weekends. You will work in Storå, Lindsberg, Frövi, or Fellingsbro within home healthcare, assisted living facilities, or support services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a healthcare and care professional, you will work from a holistic and humanistic perspective where people's self-determination and integrity are respected. You will work to ensure safety, meaningfulness, and good quality of life within the scope of our mission. Identify and prevent risks in care according to the municipal healthcare assignment and assess the patient's need for healthcare measures. Make independent assessments and evaluate care measures, work with incidents, self-care monitoring, and documentation. QUALIFICATIONS You need to be a licensed nurse. If you have specialist or advanced education as a district nurse, geriatric training, or dementia training, that is a merit. The same applies to prescribing authority. We use the documentation system Viva and also work in systems such as Lifecare, Pascal, MCSS, and national quality registers. If you have any experience with these, that is also an advantage. We require that you speak good Swedish and can use the language in both speech and writing. A B-class driver's license is required. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
