We are now seeking a medical secretary for temporary work who can support our operations as needed, for example during absences and during periods of higher workload. We also welcome applications from recently retired professionals. It is an advantage if you can come on short notice. About the Position As a medical secretary with us, you have an important role in daily operations and are part of the contact between patients and healthcare staff. Your duties may include: Medical documentation and patient record writing Administrative tasks related to patient visits Referrals, certificates, and other healthcare administration such as 1177 Reception work We are Looking for You Are trained as a medical secretary Have strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Are thorough, service-oriented, and responsible Enjoy working both independently and together with others Have a professional and friendly manner toward patients and colleagues Previous experience working in primary care or clinic operations is a plus.
