DUTIES
As a nursing assistant or healthcare worker, you work both independently and in a team to achieve the operations' goals together. Our common focus is that the individual feels safe, well-being and has the opportunity to live a dignified life. We work from a salutogenic perspective and work method, which means individually adapted care with the elderly in focus. You will be part of a team with assistants, nursing assistants, healthcare workers and specialist healthcare workers where collaboration is central.
Work as a healthcare worker:
As a healthcare worker, you perform care activities and have delegation for health and medical care interventions. You have responsibilities including serving as a contact person, documenting according to applicable legislation in our digital systems, and creating and following up implementation plans. The role may also include individual areas of responsibility, mentoring assignments, mentorship and participation in the operation's development work.
You also perform all work tasks included in the nursing assistant or assistant role, including various service activities.
Work as a nursing assistant:
As a nursing assistant, you work with care activities and may receive delegation for certain health and medical care interventions. You may also have specific areas of responsibility. Unlike the healthcare worker, as a nursing assistant you do not have mentoring responsibilities and do not create implementation plans. You perform all work tasks included in the assistant role.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
• Are trained as a healthcare worker with protected professional title (1,500 upper secondary school credits or upper secondary school diploma), or trained as a nursing assistant (800 upper secondary school credits).
Meritorious:
• Professional experience from senior living facilities or other elderly care operations
We value good collaboration highly and are looking for you who has good conduct, are calm and confident in yourself and find it easy to communicate in spoken and written Swedish. As a person you are empathetic and enjoy strengthening other people in their daily lives so they feel well. You have good ability to prioritize, see opportunities instead of obstacles and enjoy working in a role that requires flexibility and a situation-adapted work approach. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months, start date: Start occurs on an ongoing basis by agreement.
