WORK TASKS
We operate several different types of activities: group homes, service housing, and housing support where people of various ages reside. Their needs vary, making the work both developmental and meaningful.
With us you will meet:
• People with mild disabilities who need more educational and social support
• People with more extensive disabilities who need greater care services
• Individuals who sometimes may have challenging behaviors
• People with mental disabilities who need clear, secure, and stable treatment
As an employee, you become an important part of creating a predictable, safe, and stimulating everyday life, adapted to each person's individual needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
• Are at least 18 years old
• Master Swedish well in both speech and writing
• Have good computer skills
It is advantageous if you:
• Are trained, or have ongoing training as a support assistant, support pedagogue, childcare worker, or other equivalent education
• Have experience with the current target group previously, or have several years of work experience in another profession.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for you to be an empathetic, calm, and responsible person. We believe you have a strong interest in people's behavior, psychology, and communication.
