About the Position
At Humana Trumslagarbacken, we work with a person-centered approach – each senior's wishes and needs are our priority. As a temporary care staff member, you are a key person in creating a safe, joyful, and meaningful everyday life for our seniors. Working Hours: Varying hours (day, evening, weekend)
Employment Level: As needed
Salary: Individual salary according to collective agreement.
Start Date: Continuous intake
What does the role involve?
As care staff with us, you get a varied and rewarding job. Your responsibilities include:
Planning and carrying out daily tasks together with your colleagues.
Documentation and handling of any incidents.
Person-centered care
Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff to provide the best possible care and support.
Are you the person we're looking for?
We're looking for someone who is a team player with a big heart and a responsible approach. You enjoy collaborating, but can also take your own initiative and work independently.
It's a plus if you have experience with person-centered work, and we believe you're good at building relationships and keeping spirits high in all situations!
We're looking for someone who:
Is a trained nursing assistant or care aide with at least 3 years of experience in care work.
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Has experience with documentation according to SoL.
Has experience with various delegations and lifting techniques.
Please note that you need to be able to present a valid ID document and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. We request a criminal record check. For nursing assistants, a certificate of protected professional title is required.
