As a temporary worker with us, you will have access to introductory training so you feel confident in your new role.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has a genuine interest in people. It's advantageous if you are studying to become or are trained as a nursing assistant, childcare worker, caregiver, or activity leader. If you have other experience in care, psychiatry, or disability services (LSS), that's also a great plus. Your personal maturity and willingness to contribute are important. In some operations, it may be necessary to be able to cycle, while others may require a driver's license.
Our operations run 24/7, which gives you a flexible schedule with work during daytime, evenings, weekends, or nights.

We are seeking temporary workers for several exciting operations:
Home Care
You work in the service user's own home. You meet people of all ages and work both independently and in a team to provide the best possible support in daily life.
Short-Term Unit
Work with a rehabilitation focus and meet many different individuals during their temporary stay with us.
Specialized Housing
At our care and social services facilities, we create a safe everyday life for our elderly. We work person-centered with the individual's abilities, values, and habits as we support them in daily tasks and care.
Social Psychiatry
Support people with mental health variations toward a functioning daily life. Perfect for you if you're a good listener and enjoy motivating others.
Personal Assistance
Follow an individual in their daily life. This requires great responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
LSS Short-Term Services for Children and Youth
Help children with functional variations enjoy a stimulating leisure time. You support everything from care to play and cooking.
LSS Group Housing
Adults with functional variations live in our group homes. You promote participation and shape daily life with respect for the individual's integrity.
The work should promote participation and independence with respect for the individual's integrity and self-determination.
