About Us
Orana Kristianstad is a treatment home centrally located in Kristianstad for girls and young women aged 15 to 25. The facility provides treatment based on CBT and DBT and serves clients with psychiatric diagnoses combined with other issues, including self-harm behavior, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social problems, and more.
About the Role
The role of temporary care worker at Orana Kristianstad offers varied and meaningful work tasks. You work closely with clients and provide practical, social, and motivational support in their daily lives.
You contribute to creating structure, security, and conditions for clients to develop toward a more stable and independent life.
Who Are You?
As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In your role as a treatment pedagogue, it is important that you demonstrate great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, and you therefore have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A criminal record clearance will be required before employment.
To apply for this position, you must:
Have a degree in social pedagogy, social work, treatment pedagogy, or other completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent
Have experience in treatment work
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Have good computer skills as documentation occurs extensively
Have a B driver's license
