As a temporary staff member, you will assist individuals with services according to LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Certain Persons with Disabilities). You should place the individuals at the center and based on their needs provide support so that their own abilities are maintained and developed. Good conduct, good communication, coordination, documentation, structure and care are important keywords in our employees' daily work. You can express interest in one of the following activities or show interest in both in your application; LSS Group Homes In our 12 group homes live people whose ages and functional variations vary. We work in teams, but solo work also occurs. We work with the individual in focus and strive to provide the best possible service and support. The job involves day, evening, night and holiday shifts. Personal Assistance and LSS Services Ages 0-20 As a personal assistant, your task is to be present in the assistance user's daily life and support the person in living the life they want to live. We have several personal assistance assignments where functional variation, gender and age vary. You work in the individual's home and are the user's extended arms and legs. You will be part of a group of assistants with extensive experience in the profession. Working hours vary with day, evening and weekend according to schedule. Awake nights and on-call nights also occur. We also have other LSS services for the 0-20 age group where temporary staff may be needed, including relief workers in the home and our short-term residence Karlavagnen.
