We are now seeking temporary staff for all parts of our HVB operations within the Adult and Dependency area. HVB Nygården serves adult men and women with harmful use and dependency issues and consists of a residential treatment facility with approximately 20 places, Långa Längan, which together with the Open Care treatment team provides 24-hour care in the home setting, as well as a Motivation and Assessment residential facility that is an important part of dependency care's outreach and motivational activities and a first step for those wanting to make a change. HVB Hemgårdsvillan has 10 places and is a residential treatment facility for adult men and women with comorbidity in the form of harmful use/dependency and mental health issues. Within the HVB operations framework there are also transition and training apartments. 5 position(s). WORK DUTIES Your work duties include conducting supportive and motivating conversations to provide guidance in both practical and social contexts and supporting the individual to participate in their overall treatment plan and achieve their goals. You work together with other staff to create a structure and environment that is conducive to those placed there. You document in implementation plans and reports to the case officer, conduct weekly planning, and participate in transition planning. You collaborate in a team with other people around the individual to ensure good quality and good treatment. Documentation is done in the Journal Digital system. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is qualified or training in treatment or social pedagogy, or other education in the social field, alternatively with other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent and suitable for the assignment. You should preferably have knowledge of and experience meeting people with dependency disorders and/or mental health issues and have insight into what professional approach is required to create a favorable environment for residents' recovery. You are attentive and a quick learner and enjoy collaborating with others and are respectful and helpful toward your colleagues. You should be confident in yourself and have a well-considered idea of why you want to help others. You need to have a driver's license. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment type: Permanent position.
