Every day we do our very best to meet our care recipients' needs for help and support within their own homes with the help of our home care services.
What we offer
With us you can choose to work daytime, evening, and weekends based on what suits you best and the needs of the operation.
Home Care Team Stadion has its office in pleasant premises near the subway stations Stadion and Gärdet. Our care recipients are located both in the area around the office and toward Humlegården. Therefore, you need to be comfortable using a bicycle as your means of transportation for work.
The staff group consists of nursing assistants and care aides as well as a planning manager, administrator, and unit manager. Together we are a cheerful and responsible team that cares for our care recipients and colleagues.
Your role
Your role with us involves work with great responsibility. You provide good care and social services to all care recipients based on the current support decision.
Work tasks include assisting care recipients in daily life such as personal care, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and various activities. The work also includes documentation, such as writing and following up implementation plans and maintaining regular patient notes related to the care recipient.
You collaborate with other actors in elderly care, such as home health services and support administrators.
Your competence and experience
We prefer that you have completed education in healthcare and social care, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. But even if you have recently started an education in healthcare and social care, you are welcome to apply. We also welcome you who are a senior to send your application as we see long experience in the healthcare profession as an asset.
You must have:
at least high school education, preferably in healthcare and social care
good computer skills and experience working in digital systems
experience with documentation
good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
ability to cycle in traffic
Meritorious:
Trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title
Experience working in home care/ordinary housing
Experience working with dementia and/or mental health issues
As a person, you have respectful communication, are stable, and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. It is important that you are professional, take initiative, and enjoy variety in your work.
You need to be flexible and self-directed but also have an easy time collaborating with colleagues, managers, care recipients, and family members. We are looking for you who are responsible, engaged, empathetic, and driven to provide good service and safe care to our care recipients.
We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Other information
If you are offered employment in home care and elderly care, a criminal record certificate is required. Therefore, order an extract from the Swedish Police Authority in good time.
