As a temporary employee in our operations, you will have the opportunity to work in daily activities, group housing, service housing, personal assistance, or short-term care for children, adolescents, and adults. 5 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking temporary staff for our Support Services operations where we provide support to people with disabilities according to the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Disabilities. Depending on which operation you work in, you may work with children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities. The tasks vary but always focus on the individual's safety, participation, and development. The work involves providing support based on each individual's needs in daily life. This can include personal care, social activities, leisure activities, and creating a meaningful everyday life. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: · Are responsible and have good interpersonal skills · Are flexible and can work as needed · Enjoy collaborating but can also work independently · Have an interest in working with people · Want to work varying schedules Previous experience is advantageous but not required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: 2026-10-01. Working hours: Schedule.
