Hourly Staff for Youth Recreation Centers

We are looking for additional hourly staff for our youth recreation centers, both in Smedjebacken and Söderbärke. The position is as needed, sometimes with short notice but also with scheduled shifts. Who are you? - You have education in working with children/youth, youth recreation leader, activity leader, pedagogy, leadership, or similar. Previous experience is a major plus. - Clean criminal record. - Great patience, affinity for working with young people, and a large dose of common sense. You are flexible and responsive. - You understand what it means to be a safe role model for young people, and the equal value of all people is self-evident to you. - You lead with care and warmth but have no problem being firm when needed. Experience with low-arousal interaction is a merit. - Familiarity with ABF and our adult education tradition is a plus. Are you the person I'm looking for or do you know someone who fits?
