We are looking for substitute teachers who can work as unqualified teachers, teachers, or classroom support for students in classrooms, after-school programs, or preschools when regular staff are absent.
Welcome to apply to our central Staffing Unit! You will have the opportunity to work in preschools and elementary schools in the inland areas with assignments in Vessigebro, Okome, Ullared, Ätran, Älvsered, and Fagered.
As a substitute teacher, you lead instruction according to the planning provided by the regular teacher. If no plan is provided, you may need to create a simple plan yourself.
In after-school programs, you support students during the school day and in after-school activities. You contribute to a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment where every child has the opportunity to grow.
In preschool, you help create a learning and secure environment where children can discover the world and develop according to their own abilities.
As a substitute teacher, you plan your availability through our booking system Time Care Pool. We require good availability and flexibility.

QUALIFICATIONS
We strive to maintain high quality in our operations. Therefore, there are several common criteria you must meet to work with us.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is at least 18 years old
• Has completed grades in Swedish or Swedish as a second language from compulsory school
• Has good customer service skills and communication abilities
• Has education or experience in the area where you want to work
• We prefer that you have experience and education in the field, but it is not a requirement
• As a person, you are proactive, flexible, and communicative, and you can express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing. You can work both independently and with others.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
A category driver's license and access to a car are desirable, as you are expected to travel to different preschools and elementary schools as needed and with short notice.
The Education Act requires all employees in school/preschool operations to present a certificate from the criminal record register before employment can begin. Registry check (SFS 2000:873).
