We are seeking substitute teachers who can work as unqualified teachers, teachers, or student support staff in classrooms, after-school programs, or preschools when regular staff are absent.
We welcome your application to our central Staffing Unit! You will have the opportunity to work in preschools and elementary schools in the inland areas with assignments in Vessigebro, Okome, Ullared, Ätran, Älvsered, and Fagered.
As a substitute teacher, you lead instruction according to the planning provided by the regular teacher. If no planning is available, you may need to create a simple plan yourself.
In after-school programs, you support students during the school day and in after-school activities. You contribute to a safe, stimulating, and developmental environment where each child has the opportunity to grow.
In preschool, you help create a learning and safe environment where children can discover the world and develop according to their own abilities.
As a substitute teacher, you schedule your availability through our booking system Time Care Pool. We require good availability and flexibility.

QUALIFICATIONS
We strive to maintain high quality in our operations. Therefore, there are several common criteria you need to meet to work with us.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is at least 18 years old
• Has a final report from elementary school in Swedish or Swedish as a second language
• Has good customer service skills and communication abilities
• Has education or experience in the area where you want to work
• We appreciate it if you have experience and education in the field, but it is not required
• As a person, you are proactive, flexible, and communicative, and you can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You can work both independently and with others.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
A driver's license (Class B) and access to a car are desirable, as you are expected to travel to different preschools and elementary schools as needed and with short notice.
The Education Act requires that all staff in school/preschool operations must present a certificate from the criminal records register before employment can begin. Register check (SFS 2000:873).

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
