The daily work consists of carrying out assistance decisions that the care recipient needs. You work performing various services and provide support to elderly people in their homes and daily lives. As an employee, it is self-evident that you are there for the care recipient, and you therefore adapt to the care recipient's different needs.
Primarily, you work with good care and service such as personal hygiene, laundry handling and some cleaning, but also with social interaction and walks. As an employee in elderly care, you also carry out health and medical services that are delegated from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

Qualifications
It is meritorious if you are a nursing assistant or have equivalent education and/or have experience in care and healthcare work.
You have very good Swedish language skills and can communicate fluently in both speech and writing.
Other important aspects of the work include documenting according to applicable procedures, which requires good computer skills.
Salary form: Hourly wage.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-10-26. Start date by agreement.
Working hours: Shift schedule.
