We are looking for someone to work as a substitute student assistant at an adapted primary school in Falkenberg. At adapted primary school, students with intellectual disabilities or acquired brain injuries attend. Here we work to ensure our students receive an adapted education that meets their needs and challenges. Our goal is for our students to have a secure school day where they get the opportunity to develop their independence and progress as far as possible in their learning. With us, you need to be resourceful, flexible, and open to trying new things, all to find our students' motivation and joy in schoolwork. As a student assistant, work occurs both during school hours and during leisure time, which may mean you are involved in opening and closing the leisure facility. During a work shift, you are part of a team with other student assistants and teachers, and you work both with individual students and in groups. Teaching is planned by teachers, but both the student assistant and teacher support the student in their learning. QUALIFICATIONS We strive to maintain high quality in our operations. Therefore, there are a number of common criteria that you need to meet to work with us. We are looking for someone who: • Is 18 years of age or older • Has a final grade from primary school in Swedish or Swedish as a second language • Has good service awareness and communication skills • Has education or experience in the field where you want to work • We appreciate it if you have experience and education in the field, but it is not a requirement. We would like you to have experience working with children and young people, with various forms of NPF diagnoses, or alternatively have experience with LSS. You must have the ability to interact with students in a calm manner even in stressful situations. As a person, you are committed, organized, and communicative, and you can express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing. You can work both independently and together with others. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. It is desirable that you have a driver's license and access to a car. Employment form: Fixed-term contract. Duration: 3-6 months.
