We are now looking for temporary staff for elderly care and support services. WORK DUTIES Your work duties are to contribute and create the conditions for our users to have a meaningful, secure, and active everyday life. The work should always be based on each individual user's needs. You support users in performing personal care and hygiene, for example showering and toilet visits. Care also includes everyday activities such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and leisure activities. Some of the work duties that occur are performed under delegation from licensed healthcare personnel. This means that after passing a knowledge test, you can be given responsibility for distributing medication. Working hours vary and are based on the operation's needs and involve work during day, evening, and weekends. We are also looking for temporary staff who can work nights. In elderly care, night shifts are spent awake, which means you are in active duty throughout the night shift. In support services and social psychiatry, both awake night shifts and so-called on-call nights occur, where you sleep at the workplace but are available for the operation's needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has started or completed upper secondary education and you must be at least 18 years old. We would like you to have previous work experience or have done an internship. Experience working with people in need of support, care, and services is considered meritorious. You have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others. In some operations, you need to be able to cycle, and other operations require you to have a category B driving license for manual transmission. The work involves a lot of communication with people as well as documentation, which requires you to be able to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing. To work for us, you will therefore take a language test. You are also independent, can take responsibility on your own, and have a flexible approach. For temporary employment as a nursing assistant: You must have completed education corresponding to nursing assistant qualifications from the nursing care program and you need to present a professional certificate issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare, as the professional title is protected. This does not apply if you already have an ongoing permanent position as a nursing assistant with another employer and are covered by transitional provisions. For temporary employment as a care worker: It is meritorious if you are studying or have studied within health, healthcare, behavioral sciences, or have expertise in mental health. For temporary employment as a support assistant and personal assistant: It is an advantage if you are or have been in education in nursing care or children's and youth activities in upper secondary school or adult education. It is meritorious if you are studying or have studied within health, healthcare, behavioral sciences, or educational fields. Expertise in mental health can also be valuable. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months, start date: By agreement. Before employment, we require presentation of an extract from the criminal record register, according to law (2026:43) on record checking when working in the home for elderly people or adults with disabilities. If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU, EEA, and Switzerland, you need permission to work in Sweden and will therefore also need to present a work permit.
