Work Tasks
Your responsibilities may include regular cleaning or deep cleaning of receptions, administrative spaces, and common areas at Halmstad Hospital as well as health centers within Halmstad Municipality. Work is performed according to standards for cleaning in healthcare environments and we follow basic hygiene regulations. Care-related service is also part of our work tasks. This means that a team is responsible for care-related services on the unit. Collaboration takes place in close cooperation with care staff to ensure patient flow runs as smoothly as possible and to contribute to high quality on the unit. Team responsibilities may include care kitchen management, cleaning, and storage management.
Work hours may vary as we operate Monday through Sunday between 05:00-01:00.
About You
You must be at least 18 years old, and we prefer that you have experience with service work, such as cleaning. You are a positive person who is engaged and contributes to a good team spirit to create a pleasant workplace. You take responsibility for your work and understand that you are part of an important whole. In your work you may have contact with patients, relatives, and care staff, so it's important that you are social, outgoing, and communicate easily. We also need you to be flexible and able to prioritize between tasks when needed.
Since we also have external operations, a driver's license is desirable.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
For security reasons, you must be able to understand written instructions and communicate with colleagues and other partners, so very good Swedish language skills are required, both spoken and written. If you are called for an interview, you may be required to take a language test.
