Hemma och Bo Hemtjänst i Sverige AB is seeking dedicated and responsible temporary home care workers for our home care services in Varberg. About the Position: As a temporary care worker with us, you will provide support, service, and care to our clients in their own homes. Tasks are customized based on each client's individual needs and may include personal care, meal preparation, service tasks, social support, and documentation. The work is independent, but you are also an important part of the team and collaborate with colleagues and other professionals around the client. About You We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and confident in your interactions. You have a genuine interest in working with people and understand the importance of treating each client with respect while providing a sense of security and inclusion. Requirements: B-class driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Merits: Education as a nursing assistant or care assistant Previous experience in home care, elderly care, or other health and care services Valid medication delegation and/or experience with delegated health and care tasks Employment Employment type: Hourly employment as needed Scope: Varying based on operational needs Work hours: Day, evening, and weekends Work location: Varberg Start date: By agreement
