JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a temporary staff member with us, you will work providing support, service, and care to people with various disabilities. Our residents appreciate meeting a calm and warm person who enjoys having a conversation.
You will contribute to creating security, participation, and good living conditions based on each individual's needs and wishes.
You will assist with personal care and hygiene according to individual needs. Your work will include organizing and participating in recreational activities such as ball sports, swimming, outdoor activities, and other activities requested by the residents. You will also help with cooking, household chores, and accompany residents on medical visits.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is engaged with a positive and flexible attitude, has an interest in supporting others, and creating a meaningful daily life. You are comfortable working both in a team and independently with your own responsibility. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have
• Experience working within Functional Support/LSS.
• Worked in Lifecare, VISA, and MI.
• Knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) and sign support (TSS).
• Education in behavioral science, care and nursing, children and leisure, or other education deemed suitable for the role of support assistant.
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
