About the Role
As a nursing assistant, you'll contribute to creating safety and security for our service users during the night hours. The work is based on the individual's needs and involves providing care, support, and assistance tailored to each person's situation.
The role also includes delegated healthcare tasks and documentation in the Lifecare management system.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with formal nursing assistant training or experience in care and health services. You have a strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
As a person, you are collaborative and can easily adapt your approach to different individuals' needs and situations. You are attentive, responsible, and communicate clearly and respectfully.
A Class B driver's license is required.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
