We are now looking for you to work as needed as a personal assistant for our clients in Kristinehamn and surrounding areas. This is a position based on demand. Who are our clients? Our clients have different functional variations and thus different needs for care and support in their daily lives. It could be a child/young person who uses a wheelchair and needs support both at school and in their free time with everything from organizing fun activities to transfers and medical care. It could be a person with autism who needs structured and educational guidance for a functioning daily life, or an elderly man/woman who needs help with evening routines, cooking dinner, feeding the cat, and nighttime supervision. Everyone is different and has different needs. Who are you? We are looking for you to work with people who need extra support in different ways. You are engaged, attentive, and flexible in facing the challenges that may arise during a work shift. Experience in personal assistance or other care work is a merit, but most important is good chemistry with the client. About the job: Working as a temporary assistant for our clients means you will be booked for work shift by shift. Working hours can vary between day, evening, and night shifts. At the interview, you need to present an extract from the criminal record register and documentation proving your right to work in Sweden (passport, national ID, or identity certificate with driver's license).
