The Culture and Education Department wants to offer the education, care, and inspiration that our small and large citizens need throughout life's different developmental stages. The Culture and Education Department consists of two divisions - the School Division and the Preschool, Culture and Leisure Division. The School Division includes all school forms from preschool class to adult education as well as student health services. The Preschool Division encompasses all of the municipality's preschools and family childcare providers, while Culture and Leisure consists of the library, school of culture, and youth leisure activities. We are now looking for you to work at our preschools in Hedekas, Hällevadsholm, and Dingle when regular staff are absent. You'll get to know different workplaces while gaining valuable qualifications for your future. Job Description Preschool shall stimulate children's development and learning and provide safe care. In preschool, preschool teachers and childcare workers work together, and as a short-term substitute, you'll replace regular staff during their absence. Working as a substitute in a children's group means helping and inspiring children in their activities. Activities take place both outdoors and indoors every day and include everything from play, creative work, reading books, to group time and getting dressed. Creating a warm, safe, and positive learning environment and supporting children in their personal development and play is always central. Preschool operations are governed by the Education Act and the mission is described in the preschool curriculum, LPFÖ 18. Our preschool operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and governing documents. We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary school with passing grades. understand written and spoken information and communicate well in Swedish. have education or previous experience in preschool (advantageous). Your personal qualities are important to us, and we will place great emphasis on them. Often it is required that you can step in with short notice. You make yourself available in our substitute management system. To create continuity, we prefer that you are available at least 10 days per month.
