About the Operation Facilities Maintenance is part of the Service Unit in Melleruds Municipality, which includes food service, meal transport, and facilities maintenance. We have 26 employees in Facilities Maintenance who clean all municipal facilities. We perform daily cleaning of 47,900 square meters including preschools, schools, and care facilities, as well as other municipal operations. We continuously develop our services and therefore use PRYL training which is updated every 5 years. To improve our work environment, we reduce chemical handling and use cleaning machines. What Does the Work Involve? Facilities Cleaner – Clean and maintain our facilities and perform other related facilities maintenance tasks. Qualifications You must be able to work independently and in a group. We place great importance on you being collaborative, thorough, driven, flexible, stress-tolerant, and having an ability to see the bigger picture. Preferred for facilities maintenance work is facilities maintenance training such as PRYL. B driver's license required and access to your own car.
