Primary school/adapted primary school operations are part of the Education Administration. The operations include 21 primary schools plus adapted primary school with a total of approximately 4,500 students. Four of the primary schools are upper secondary schools, while the others, with few exceptions, include grades F-6. The operations also include after-school centers. Dansäterskolan (grades F-6 and after-school center) is located in Borensberg. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a substitute teacher: follow instructions and lesson plans from the regular staff - but also be prepared to improvise in cases where there is no planning. Write a brief report to the regular teacher at the end of the day. Lead and organize classroom work. Collaborate with other teachers on the team. As a substitute teacher at the after-school center: Cooperate with the teaching staff in the class during the school day and work with after-school center tasks in the afternoon. Have a genuine interest in children and easily create secure relationships, while being flexible, responsible, and taking own initiatives in a changing everyday environment. QUALIFICATIONS You have teacher certification with authorization to teach in after-school care or grades F-6. You have good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You have experience leading groups of children in organized activities. You have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and of people's different conditions. You adapt your way of communicating your message to your audience. You have good competence in making contact with both children and adults and have good communication skills. You have knowledge of students with special support needs and have a calm, low-key approach to interactions. We are primarily looking for you who are a certified teacher, but if you lack certification, you are welcome to apply. Wage form: Hourly wage. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
