You will work with a charming 13-year-old boy who lives near Överum in the countryside with his family. It is important that you, as an applicant, have a genuine interest in the work as a personal assistant and understanding of what the profession truly entails and working with the client at the center.
Our little superhero needs help with basic needs such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and turning during sleep. You always work as two assistants since he has active dual assistance around the clock!
DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
You are a woman or man between 25-55 years old.
We prefer that you are a non-smoker, ideally smoke-free altogether. You have a Class B driver's license and access to a car, as public transportation is limited. It is important that you speak Swedish very well both spoken and written. Since the family lives on a farm, it is important that you do not have any allergies, as there are pets in the house.
As a person, you are responsible, calm, and prioritize the job and arrive on time. You can of course get sick like everyone else, but you cannot be someone who frequently misses scheduled work.
EMPLOYMENT LEVEL AND WORKING HOURS:
Temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.
Working hours include day, evening, night shifts, and weekends.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
Fixed hourly wage + shift premium compensation. Collective agreement is in place.
Employment with good terms. Of course, you will go through an introduction and get a feel for the job before you start working.
Temporary substitutes are sought with the possibility of scheduled shifts going forward as well as summer temporary positions.
Being employed at Evanda Assistans AB means security through the collective agreement Almega - Sector G, market-rate salary, pension, and insurance coverage. Wellness contribution of up to 3,000 kr.
