Are you the assistant I'm looking for? Humorous, self-directed, flexible, good at collaborating, and detail-oriented? Do you have a driver's license (manual transmission) and enjoy being outdoors? I'm a woman 65+ living in Halmstad who needs assistance to live the way I want. My days vary depending on how I'm feeling. I'm a wheelchair user and drive myself. I have my own car, which you'll use as part of your work. I'm active with our dog—in addition to daily walks, we participate in different dog sports (training, classes, and competitions). I love gardening, going on plant shopping trips, or visiting plant exhibitions. I take car trips with friends for cozy coffee breaks or good dinners. I enjoy trying new recipes in both cooking and baking, and sometimes I go away overnight—you should be able to join me then. I like visiting Gekås as much as having ice cream at the square. I also appreciate the quiet of doing puzzles, reading a book, and enjoying the sun with my lunch coffee. Your work with me includes: personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, household chores, transfers using ceiling lifts, shopping, driving, and some dog care. You don't need previous experience or training as a personal assistant—the most important thing is that we get along well. Since there's a dog in the home, you cannot have any allergies. You must be a woman and speak and understand Swedish well. We're now looking for a substitute who can work as needed.
