We work closely with our clients and understand that good relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. I am a 43-year-old woman with multiple functional disabilities seeking a personal assistant who can be my extended arms and legs in everyday life. The role involves supporting me with both personal care and various activities, both at home and outside. It's important that you can help me find balance between activity and rest – and that you do it with respect, patience, and thoughtfulness. I communicate through body language and sign language, and people who know me well usually say my communication is clear, so it's important that you are attentive, empathetic, and have a good ability to read situations. About you: You are a calm, empathetic, and responsible woman who enjoys working closely with another person. You are solution-focused, positive, and see the value in contributing to someone else's quality of life. Your work tasks may include: Helping with personal hygiene and daily routines. Assisting with horseback riding and swimming – these are two of my major interests. Joining me on walks and other activities. Create structure in everyday life and contribute to a safe environment.
