Working as a personal assistant means supporting a person in his or her daily life. Support services must be based on the user's individual needs and must promote independence and participation. Support services must be carried out with respect for the user's integrity and self-determination. Job duties include support and services including personal care, lifting and transfers, as well as household chores. For the most part, personal assistant is solo work so it is important that you can take own initiative and focus on opportunities and solutions. The work can be perceived as physically demanding. The workplace is in the user's home or wherever they are located. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking resilient individuals with a calm demeanor and a positive attitude. You are attentive to other people's needs, are initiative-taking and flexible, and enjoy working independently. You are stress-tolerant and have a pleasant manner towards your fellow humans.
