Then you have the opportunity to control your time and plan when you want to work. As a temporary substitute, you replace regular staff during shorter absences. This means you perform the work tasks that are part of the regular work at the workplace where you work. Are you a reliable and flexible person who has an easy time collaborating? As a substitute, you need to be able to adapt to new situations, since you may work at different workplaces and working hours can vary. As a person, you are service-oriented and understand the importance of good customer service. You have an easy time collaborating and can adapt to changes. We conduct selection and hold interviews on an ongoing basis – but the need for new temporary substitutes varies, which means the process can take different lengths of time. In facility maintenance, you contribute to keeping our municipal facilities clean and in good condition. You usually work independently and your work tasks consist mainly of cleaning in various types of facilities. Your colleagues are in the cleaning team, but also among the staff in the operations where you work. Qualifications We place importance on personal qualities. To be suitable as a temporary substitute, you need to: communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing have computer skills It is an advantage if you: have previous experience in the profession have a B driver's license and access to a car Work as a temporary substitute requires an extract from the criminal record register. The extract should be for school and preschool and is ordered via the Police website.
