JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking temporary staff for:
- Group homes
- Children's short-term care/supervision
- Service housing
- Personal assistance
- Daily activities
Together with your work team, you are responsible for providing good and secure care as well as planning and implementing activities. Regular documentation is part of your duties in accordance with the municipality's guidelines. The work involves irregular hours on weekdays/weekends as well as on-call service.
You should be interested in working with people who have disabilities.
The work teams vary in size, but in all positions, the work involves more or less independent work.
In our approach, we base ourselves on a low-arousal perspective.
At all workplaces, care work, medication management, and creating meaning in our users' lives are included.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with great interest in working with people with disabilities. It is meritorious if you are educated within the following:
Children and Leisure Program with a focus on social work or pedagogical work, Care Program with specialization in program deepening "disability" or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
Other merits:
Trained leisure pedagogue, leisure coordinator, social pedagogue, or other pedagogical education.
You should have good basic IT skills.
We place great importance on your experience working with people with disabilities within LSS or with other care work.
Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and good interpersonal conduct. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing.
A driver's license is desirable.

Duration: Start date: 2026-08-20.
There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be made based on the organization's needs.
